Stress Judo Coaching Personal Excellence: BROWN Belt Overview Module (14 of 20)

The two modules of the BROWN Belt level are Meditation and Fitness.  These modules are focused on strengthening and repairing the damage that stress does inside you.  The meditation techniques improve your focus and your emotional systems.  Fitness keeps you strong enough to physically endure stressful situations and also reverse the bad health effects of stress.  These modules are not techniques to reduce stress but also to attack and defeat stress, especially used in conjunction with the other modules in this series.  Specific examples and exercises are included in this podcast from the actual STRESS JUDO COACHING program.
