The second module of the BROWN Belt level is Meditation. Meditation by itself can relieve or lessen the internal effects of stress, but not lessen the stress. You will learn meditation techniques - and there are many - to use to attack and transform stress into opportunities. The STRESS JUDO COACHING program trains you in the principles of meditation, and you select the methods that work best for you in the situation you need it to work.
