Stress Judo Coaching Personal Excellence: BROWN Belt Fitness Module (15 of 20)

The first module of the BROWN Belt level is Fitness.  This is NOT “exercising to relieve stress.”  That is a short term relief, which has a place - a minor place - in the STRESS JUDO COACHING approach.  This fitness module is focused on strengthening and repairing the damage that stress does inside you.  You will be strong enough to physically endure stressful situations and also reverse the bad health effects of stress.  Specific examples and exercises are included in this podcast from the actual STRESS JUDO COACHING program.
