Stress Judo Coaching Personal Excellence: YELLOW Belt Time Management (4 of 20)



The second module in the Yellow Belt training is Time Management. The STRESS JUDO COACHING philosophy and approach is 1) that every stressful situation can be overcome; and 2) that every stressful situation is hiding an opportunity for growth. The time management module helps you prioritize tasks and eliminate interruptions, which are a major source of time-related stress.
