Stress Judo Coaching Personal Excellence: BLUE Belt Kata Module (13 of 20)

The second module of the BLUE Belt level is Kata.  Kata are sequences of movements that martial artists use to practice and improve their basic elemental skills.  The repetitive practice not only improves the skills but helps you learn how these skills integrate with your body, movements and emotions.  These 10 specific skills are combined with the modules you have learned to develop a skill set you can practice outside of stressful situations so that stress is not a surprise.  Specific examples and exercises are included in this podcast from the actual STRESS JUDO COACHING program.
