The first module of the BLUE Belt level is Coaching. The focus of this module is to give you the skills to coach yourself, as well as coach those around you. Coaching, especially self-coaching, is more than feedback or reviews. You will learn the skills and the mental focus to analyze and critique your reactions while in stressful situations, and after stressful situations. Specific examples and exercises are included in this podcast from the actual STRESS JUDO COACHING program.
