The BLUE Belt level trains you to use yourself to improve yourself. This is improving your skills, but also improving your ability to improve your skills. The two modules - Coaching and Kata - focus on the skills and techniques you will use to improve the skills you are learning in the other modules. By having a specific skill set you can tap into, and another specific skill you can use to improve those skills on demand, you virtually eliminate any fear of stressful situations. Specific examples and exercises are included in this podcast from the actual STRESS JUDO COACHING program.
