The second module in the GREEN Belt level of training is Inner Spirituality. This module focuses on building your inner faith and self confidence to attack and transform stressful situations. This is faith in your abilities to implement what you are learning. Having confidence in your ability to face and handle any stressful situation reduces the additional stress of doubt and worry. Specific examples and exercises are included in this podcast from the actual STRESS JUDO COACHING program.
