Stress Judo Coaching Personal Excellence: GREEN Belt Goal Setting (9 of 20)

The first module in the GREEN Belt level of training is Goal Setting.  This is different from the goals portion of the Time Management module.  This is goal setting for work projects, personal goals or life.  Goal setting properly done imposes your will on the future, reducing stress by limiting the opportunities for stressful situations.  Specific examples and exercises are included in this podcast from the actual STRESS JUDO COACHING program.
