The second module in the ORANGE Belt level of training is Self Examination.  The coaching program now starts focusing on your capacity to resist stress - both external and your internal reactions - as you are using the other modules to attack stress.  Specific examples and exercises are included in this podcast from the actual STRESS JUDO COACHING program.
