The ORANGE Belt consists of 2 modules: Creative Thinking and Self Examination. This podcast introduces the orange belt level, discusses these components, and how they fit in with the STRESS JUDO COACHING philosophy:
1. every stressful situation can be overcome; and
2. every stressful situation hides an opportunity for growth.
You have now gone from an “outer” focus (YELLOW belt takes control of the stressful situation) to an “inner” focus (ORANGE belt sharpens and strengthens your creative capacity and will to anticipate and attack stressful situations).
