Podcast Explaining STRESS JUDO COACHING Principles And Belt Training For Stress Management

I have created a podcast that explains the martial arts principles that STRESS JUDO COACHING uses to train you to transform stressful situations into opportunities.  My name is Rick Carter, and I am a 30 year student of martial arts and a 20 year trial attorney.  You can use the principles that each of these disciplines employs for successful outcomes can be used by you to overcome and transform stress.
